We usually ship your order 1-3 working days after receipt of payment. We do our best to ensure that you receive your desired product as quickly as possible.
If you would like to specify a new delivery address, please let me know via “Contacts”.
We ship to the EU, Switzerland, England and Norway. If you would like further international shipping, please write me a message in advance via "Contacts"
When placing your order, you have a right of cancellation of 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier takes possession of the goods. Within this period you can simply write us a message via “Contacts” that you would like to return your order. It helps us a lot if you say why, but that's not a must. You then send the order back to us as it arrived. You have to cover the costs yourself.
